Official Rules

The Colortrak Sweepstakes Giveaway - CT Wrap Battle (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Betty Dain Creations, LLC ("Betty Dain" or "Sponsor") and is open to legal U.S. residents residing in the fifty (50) United States or D.C., aged 18 years or older.

READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY. By entering this Giveaway, you agree that disputes between you and Sponsor shall be resolved exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida, waive your right to a trial by jury, and agree not to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide dispute resolutions.

PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ENTRANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. WINNING A PRIZE IS CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND FULFILLING ALL CONDITIONS TO WIN.

Entry Period: Giveaway entry begins on November 4, 2024, at 6:00 AM ET and ends on November 27, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, you may enter the Giveaway in one of three ways:

Instagram Post: Share your submission on your personal Instagram, tagging @colortrak and using #CTWRAPBATTLE* in your caption. Your entry must feature the "It’s a Wrap Pop-Up Hair Foil"
Email Submission: Email social@colortrak.com with the subject line "CTWRAPBATTLE" and include your first and last name, phone number, email address, and zip code, along with a statement that you have read, understand, and agree to the Colortrak Giveaway Official Rules. Your entry must feature the "It’s a Wrap Pop-Up Hair Foil"
Contest Page Submission: Go to the Wrap Battle Royale Contest Page, find the "Submit your Creation" button, and follow the instructions to enter. Be sure to include #CTWRAPBATTLE* in your post. Your entry must feature the "It’s a Wrap Pop-Up Hair Foil"

All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.

Voting Period: Voting begins on December 4, 2024, at 6:00 AM ET and ends on December 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Voting Period"). The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

How to Vote: During the Voting Period, you may vote by one of two ways:

Voting Page: Go to Voting Page and complete all required fields, including first and last name, email address, zip code, and acknowledgment of these Official Rules.
Email Voting: Email social@colortrak.com with the subject line "CTWRAPBATTLE Vote" and include your first and last name, email address, and zip code, along with a statement that you have read, understand, and agree to these Official Rules.

All entries/votes must be submitted within the designated time frames; otherwise, they will be void. Receipt of entries or votes will not be acknowledged.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older. Entries from other jurisdictions are void. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor, which you can opt out of at any time by visiting the Data Request Form or emailing info@colortrak.com to stop marketing communications.

Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or household members of such employees, officers, and directors are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Prizes: Three (3) winners will receive the following based on voting results:

First Place: $500 Colortrak Gift Card, 2025 PR list spot, and custom salon capes.
Second Place: $250 Colortrak Gift Card and 2025 PR list spot.
Third Place: $150 Colortrak Gift Card and 2025 PR list spot.

Prize Descriptions:

Colortrak Gift Card: Redeemable only at colortrak.com. Cannot be used to buy another gift card; no additional fees or expiration dates. See full Gift Card Policy. Certain restrictions apply.
2025 PR List: Year-long inclusion on the Sponsor's product launch list. Certain restrictions apply.
Custom Salon Cape: Optional embroidery with a chosen logo design. Restrictions may apply. Certain restrictions apply.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and not subject to substitutions. Any taxes and additional expenses are the winner's responsibility. Delivery requires a street address (no P.O. Boxes).

Winner Selection/Odds: The Colortrak team will select three (3) winners based on the following criteria, known as our "Royal Rules":

Creativity: Think outside the box!
Execution: Attention to detail (for our perfectionists out there!)
Fan Fare: How excited is YOUR community about this?
Holiday Spirit: How "holly jolly" is this creation, rated on a scale of 1-10?

After these selections, the public will vote during the Voting Period to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners from among the three finalists.

Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received and on community votes during the Voting Period. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

Notification: Potential winners will be notified by direct message or email (if provided) on or around December 12, 2024, and must respond within three (3) calendar days. If a winner cannot be contacted, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor has no obligation to select a winner after two attempts.

Conditions: ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS. By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where lawful. Winners release Sponsor from liability related to participation or prize use.

Additional Terms: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if any issue corrupts its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify individuals it deems to have tampered with entry or operation. Sponsor reserves the rights to use images, submissions, social handles/personal information provided and account information for social purposes in perpetuity and for the length of the existing Sponsor social accounts. Any deliberate attempt to damage the Giveaway page or undermine its operation may result in legal action.

Limitations and Disclaimers: Sponsor is not liable for any damages related to participation in the Giveaway or from accessing related sites, including downloading materials from the Giveaway page. Prizes are provided "as is" without warranty. Check your local laws for restrictions on liability limitations.

Dispute Resolution: All disputes are governed by Florida law and must be resolved exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Entrants waive the right to a trial by jury or class actions.

Data Usage: Sponsor will collect entrants' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
